WHAT WE DO
Where our clients experience Critical Asset Failures on site which presents major Safety and Production risks, ERM will assist the client to lead the recovery of the asset and systems on site. This process can be complex and will involve establishing a recovery plan. In most cases procurement, manufacturing of parts and specialist resources are required. ERM will lead all activities to fast track delivery whilst managing the recovery cost.
Following on from recovery of the critical asset and systems on site, ERM can facilitate the Root Cause Analysis of the failure. All failure modes at play and the associated contributing factors will be identified and corrective actions documented and implemented via Scope of Work document/s. This can be extended to further analyse and identify any residue business risks and critical asset integrity.
ERM were engaged to support the fault finding and change out of a 65MVA power transformer. ERM supported all activities throughout the process ensuring all safety and quality management plans were adhered to. Additionally Safety Management plans, quality control plans and inspection test plans were developed for all parties to utilise as part of the transformer change out plan. Progress of the works was then reported to the client via daily meetings. This enables for the ongoing planning of all activities ensuring minimal downtime is experienced by all parties involved.
Our dedicated team of engineers and technicians help our clients both on site and in Perth and Sydney to provide technical and operational site support. Often, we lead special projects on site – such as safety, regulatory and reliability improvement initiatives. We provide specialized and in-house resources, NOT labor hire services.
Our specialized engineers and or technicians are well supported from our Perth and Sydney offices. Our experienced team can assist in the delivery of brownfield projects from design through to implementation. Additionally, ERM provides temporary back fill on site resources.
ERM provides operational support to the mining and heavy industry sector on regular basis. Our SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) enjoy being involved in trouble shooting and investigating issues on site. ERM also provides backfill engineering support to mining and heavy industry sectors in Western Australia.
